An internal newsletter workflow platform, designed and built from scratch: visual builder, AI-assisted content steps, an auditable review pipeline, and CRM-ready export. Now the standard for a global B2B sales organization.

Country teams assembled newsletters by hand and approved them over email threads. Slow, error-prone, and no trail of who changed what before send.
Off-the-shelf tools did not fit the approval chain, and the marketing automation platform alone could not carry the workflow.

Build the platform end to end.
FastAPI backend, visual builder and HTML editor, Pardot and Salesforce integration for recipient data, SMTP for delivery.
Make every revision immutable.
Attributed revisions, audit log, one-click rollback. Approved versions can never be silently overwritten.
Ship it as infrastructure.
Self-hosted in Docker behind the corporate proxy, role-based access, country teams onboarded step by step.

A manual, email-threaded process became an auditable pipeline. The platform rolled out across 15 countries and became the organization's standard for newsletter production.
